Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council’s Vocational Rehabilitation for Native Americans program helps eligible Native American and Alaska Native people with disabilities prepare for, find, maintain, or advance in employment. Services may include vocational counseling, career exploration, vocational evaluation, job-seeking skills, job development, transition support from high school to postsecondary education or employment, workplace accommodations, tools, equipment, and other federally approved supports needed for employment. Eligibility includes tribal enrollment, residence in a defined VRNA service area, a documented disability that affects employment, and a desire to work and participate in an Individualized Plan for Employment.
