InnoPsych is a therapist directory created to help people of color find mental health providers who understand their lived experiences. Users can search for therapists by location, specialty, insurance, and areas of support. The directory includes clinicians who work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, racial trauma, grief and loss, family dynamics, LGBTQIA+ needs, life transitions, and women of color’s mental health. This resource is especially useful for Black women and girls seeking culturally responsive therapy and a provider who recognizes the impact of race, identity, culture, and community on mental health.
