Kentucky Safe at Home – Survivor Resources is part of the Kentucky Secretary of State’s Safe at Home address confidentiality program. The Survivor Resources page helps survivors locate regional domestic violence shelters, sexual assault programs, advocacy agencies, and statewide support organizations across Kentucky. Listed agencies may provide emergency shelter, crisis support, safety planning, counseling, advocacy, legal referrals, and related services for survivors and their families. The Safe at Home program also helps eligible survivors keep their physical address confidential when interacting with government agencies and public records. Survivors can use the resource page to find the appropriate regional program and contact that agency directly for crisis help, shelter access, advocacy, or ongoing support.
