The Pinellas County Office of Justice Coordination maintains a comprehensive housing and shelter resource guide for individuals re-entering the community, including those leaving incarceration. Resources are organized by housing type and include emergency shelters such as CASA (domestic violence, 24-hour hotline), Pinellas Safe Harbor (walk-ins welcome), and Salvation Army; transitional housing through People Empowering and Restoring Communities (PERC) with up to 120 beds; supportive housing with mental health and substance use services through Hope Villages of America and St. Petersburg Free Clinic Recovery Residence; subsidized affordable housing through the Pinellas County Housing Authority; and over 1,800 units of affordable housing through Catholic Charities Shelters of Hope. Additional resources include the Homeless Leadership Alliance of Pinellas resource guide, the Coordinated Entry System, the Family Housing Assistance Program, and First Contact Pinellas Rapid Re-Housing Collaborative.
