The Urban League of Greater Atlanta (ULGA) Workforce Solutions Center provides free, comprehensive workforce development services to adults in metro Atlanta seeking to increase household income, financial stability, and career advancement. Programs include Pathways to Empowerment (P2E) offering career coaching, GED prep, digital literacy, financial education, mock interviews, and connections to employer hiring events; the Urban Tech Jobs Training Program preparing adults for careers in IT, cybersecurity, cloud computing, project management, and digital marketing through certificate programs; CarePro Healthcare Program providing hands-on training for entry-level healthcare careers including CNA, phlebotomy, patient care tech, and home health aide; New Beginnings Adult Reentry Program supporting returning citizens in Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, and Henry Counties with stackable credentials, job placement, and wraparound services; Digital Skills Ready at 50+ for adults over 50 building digital job skills; and Training to Work for adults with employment barriers including those experiencing homelessness, veterans, and foster care youth. Atlanta Housing Human Development Services connects clients to training and internships in technology, construction, and healthcare. All programs are free and individualized.
