Oasis Women’s Shelter, also known as Owensboro Area Shelter and Information Services (OASIS), provides shelter, support, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by domestic violence in Western Kentucky. The organization offers emergency shelter, crisis intervention, safety planning, case management, counseling, legal advocacy, and non-residential services for survivors who may not need shelter but still need support. OASIS also operates a licensed women’s substance use treatment program for survivors. Services are available to survivors and dependent children in Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union, and Webster counties. Survivors can call the 24/7 hotline for immediate support, shelter access, safety planning, or referrals.
