The Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) is a statewide 501(c)3 nonprofit working to prevent and eliminate domestic violence in Indiana through advocacy, legal services, program support, and public education. ICADV serves as the statewide coordinator for Indiana's certified domestic violence programs and connects survivors to local shelters, advocates, and services nearest to them through its DV Programs directory at icadvinc.org/find-help/dv-programs. Additional services include direct legal assistance for survivors, coordinated entry for survivors seeking safe housing, a Disability Justice program centering neurodivergent and disabled survivors, mobile advocacy, and peer support through its Survivors Supporting Survivors initiative. ICADV also operates abuse intervention programs addressing the root causes of violence. For Indianapolis-area survivors, the Domestic Violence Network (317-872-1086) specifically centers Black women's experiences through their Beyond Equity plan.
