Founded and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, the Black Career Women's Network (BCWN) is a national organization dedicated to empowering Black women professionals to advance in their careers. Members access a job board featuring positions from major inclusive employers including PepsiCo, FedEx, Target, Fidelity, and federal agencies; one-on-one career coaching advisory sessions; Power Moves 360 group coaching; Career Anchor Labs online courses; mentorship through The Mentor Collective annual summit; free downloads including career audit tools; a mobile app with career resources and community access; and Career Tip Tuesday video series. BCWN also advocates for equity and representation of Black women in leadership within corporate environments. Membership plans are available for individuals. Free resources including the Career Power Audit and digital downloads are available without membership. BCWN partners with employers committed to diversity and inclusion to connect Black women with career opportunities nationwide.
