National Hook-Up of Black Women Joliet Chapter is a nonprofit community service organization serving women, families, and the broader Joliet community. Its Project 100 Food Program provides free food distribution and emergency food support to residents in need. The organization has used Will County ARPA support to expand food assistance, including holiday food baskets for families, veterans, homebound individuals, and seniors, as well as health-smart food support through community partnerships. NHBW Joliet also provides community programs related to health and wellness, youth leadership, family empowerment, literacy, and human services.
