The Florida Department of Children and Families Office of Domestic Violence operates a statewide 24-hour hotline connecting survivors of domestic violence to the nearest certified domestic violence center. Florida's 41 certified centers offer temporary emergency shelter, advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, legal assistance, and community education services. Services are free, confidential, and available to survivors of all ages, genders, races, and immigration statuses. Certified centers are located throughout the state ensuring coverage in every region of Florida. TDD and TTY services are available for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
