Hi, I’m Kristin, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Fleurish Mental Health & Wellness. I provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. My practice focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.
