I am a Registered Psychology Associate in Maryland who is passionate about creating safe, affirming, and culturally responsive spaces where Black women and girls can explore their mental health, identity, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. My clinical experience includes working with adults experiencing serious mental health concerns, individuals who are justice-involved or transitioning back into the community, and people navigating significant life stressors and transitions. I recognize that mental health does not exist in isolation and that family, relationships, culture, community, systemic experiences, and personal history can all influence emotional well-being. My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I strive to meet each client where they are, help them identify their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, respected, empowered, and understood.
