Hi, I’m Jessica “Jess” Butler, the therapist behind Jess B. Authentic Therapy. I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping Black girls and women feel seen, heard, and supported without the pressure to have it all together. Therapy with me includes honest conversations, practical tools, and room for laughter. We’ll explore what’s weighing on you, recognize your strengths, and work toward changes that make sense for your life. Our first session is a chance to get comfortable, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you’d like support with. You don’t need a perfectly organized explanation or have to share everything immediately. We’ll move at a pace that respects your comfort and build goals together.
