I’m Dr. Aisha Mitchell, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I use narrative therapy and trauma-informed approaches to help you explore your story, recognize your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. Through an intersectional lens, I consider how your identities, culture, relationships, and lived experiences shape your well-being. Our first session is a welcoming space to discuss what brings you to therapy, your concerns, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll explore your history at a pace that feels comfortable and begin developing goals together.
