I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and young adults navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, identity development, and life transitions. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence‑based practices—including CBT, SFBT, Person‑Centered Therapy, and trauma‑informed care—while honoring each client’s cultural, spiritual, and lived experience. I provide Christian counseling that blends evidence‑based clinical care with biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection. I create a compassionate, Christ‑centered space where clients can explore their faith, draw closer to God, and apply Scripture and spiritual practices to their healing. My approach is respectful, collaborative, and client‑led, honoring each person’s spiritual identity as a vital part of emotional, relational, and mental restoration.
