Claudine Doree

I work with women, teens, and young adults who may look like they have everything together on the outside but are carrying a lot internally. You may be dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, major life transitions, school or career pressure, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything expected of you. I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you’re used to being the person everyone else depends on. Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, what you would like to change, and what you need from me as your therapist. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged, dismissed, or like you have to explain every part of your experience. We’ll work together to identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and help you feel more confident navigating your life.
