Bria

I am a licensed therapist passionate about supporting Black girls and women as they navigate life’s challenges, prioritize their mental health, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also specialize in providing affirming, accessible mental health support for autistic and neurodivergent adults. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I incorporate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions to help clients develop coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful personal growth. My vision is to create a culturally affirming space where Black girls and women feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered. I recognize the unique pressures that can come with navigating identity, relationships, family expectations…
